The structure
12 Weeks of 1:1 Somatic Safety Support
1 session per week - 60 minutes
Held online, held gently, held at your pace.
Personalized somatic plan
Based on your patterns, nervous system tendencies, and what your body is ready for.
Between-session voice note support
So you don’t have to navigate big moments alone.
Short guided audios (recorded by me)
Grounding, orienting, breath, and regulation support.
2 regulation check-ins
If you need a quick 10-minute grounding call between sessions.
Closing integration session
A ritual for anchoring what your body has learned.
Everything is designed to help you build safety, capacity, and connection in a way that actually sticks.
