This work blends trauma-informed yoga, somatics, nervous-system education, and embodied spirituality in a way that supports your unique body, patterns, and pace.

Each session includes a combination of:

~ choice-based, invitational trauma-informed yoga

~ nervous system tools that are evidence-based

~ breath practices that support vagal regulation

~ grounding + orienting

~ emotional processing through the body

~ safe interoception

~ digestible nervous-system education

~ subtle, grounded, non-performative embodiment practices

The structure

12 Weeks of 1:1 Somatic Safety Support

  • 1 session per week - 60 minutes

    Held online, held gently, held at your pace.

  • Personalized somatic plan

    Based on your patterns, nervous system tendencies, and what your body is ready for.

  • Between-session voice note support

    So you don’t have to navigate big moments alone.

  • Short guided audios (recorded by me)

    Grounding, orienting, breath, and regulation support.

  • 2 regulation check-ins

    If you need a quick 10-minute grounding call between sessions.

  • Closing integration session

    A ritual for anchoring what your body has learned.

Everything is designed to help you build safety, capacity, and connection in a way that actually sticks.
